Shipping Returns and Warranty

Orders ship from our U.S. or Vietnam warehouses depending on availability. Local pickup at our US location in Anaheim, CA is available for applicable orders. Freight rates are quoted based on order size and destination. In Stock items typically arrive within 1 – 3weeks; pre - order/ out of stock items can be expected to arrive within 6–8 weeks.

Returns accepted only with prior authorization within five (5) business days with proper documentation. Custom items are final sale.

Orders may be canceled only before production or shipment. Custom orders cannot be canceled after fabrication begins.

Products are warranted for one (1) year against defects in materials and workmanship. This
excludes normal wear, misuse, or environmental damage.
