Orders are subject to acceptance. We accept payments via Shopify Payments, bank transfer, or approved methods. Freight is calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. All shipments are FOB origin (U.S. or Vietnam warehouse). Claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within five (5) business days. Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable. Price exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, and import duties. Transactions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
